CONSULTATION

After completing the contact form and providing as much information as possible, I will reach out with my pricing & info guide and schedule a quick initial consultation. A 15-minute chat is recommended for me to to get to know you better and for you to get to know me! We will go over colors, venue, budget and more.

DESIGN

After our initial consult meeting, if you’re ready to move forward with the vision discussed. I will schedule a design meeting either in person or a zoom call to fully go over your inspiration, colors, Pinterest board, containers, and everything you desire to bring your event to life.

I then create an itemized custom, unique floral proposal for you including a design board for you to review. This will include a look at each flower I plan to use for your special day after I have carefully sourced the perfect farms to supply the dreamy blooms. This part of the process is very important to me. I want you to get just a glimpse of what to expect your event to look like at the completion of the project so that you can go into your event confident and excited.

FINAL STEPS

Once you feel you are ready to book Flowers & Co, a retainer is required to secure your date that goes towards your floral balance. Now it is time to get excited and let us do the work!

Approximately four to six weeks out from your event we will have a final meeting or phone call to review all details of your event as well as times for set up and the timeline of your day. Flowers & Co will personally install all floral and rental items and build on site any installations desired.
